Do I need to register to use this site?

Yes. You need a login ID and password to access our online tools.

How do I register?

What information do I need to register?

Just your name, email address, and company information.

What information do I need to become an approved carrier?

You must be an approved carrier to receive load offers and tenders. If you haven't partnered with us yet, it's easy to do.

How do I create a login ID and password?

Please visit our registration page and submit your information.

What if I forget my login ID and password?

No problem. Click the link below and enter your email address. We'll email your login information. If that doesn't work, please call us at (877) 352-4290.

Can I change my password?

Yes. Once you've logged in, select your account settings. There you'll find an option to change your password.


Accounts Payable and Quick Payment

What paperwork is needed so I can get paid?

Your invoice with the UTS load number, a signed bill of lading, and any other accompanying paperwork or receipts (such as a lumper receipt).

The easiest way to submit your paperwork is to upload it through your online account. We also accept paperwork by mail, fax, and email:

How do I get setup for Quick Pay?

Our Quick Pay program turns your UTS receivables into cash fast. You get paid in three business days. To get set up for this service, please view the Quick Payment Instructions and the Quick Payment Agreement and the EFT Authorization Form.

How do I submit an invoice for Quick Pay?

Submit your paperwork using any of the methods listed below. All bills, faxes, and envelopes must be clearly marked QUICK PAY.

Why is there a discrepancy between the amount on my invoice and your payment?

By submitting an invoice for Quick Payment, you accept a 2% reduction in total invoiced charges. Invoice UTS for the total amount. The reduction is shown on your remittance.
